Samoa Whiskey is unique as it is produced from Taro corm grown in Samoa’s naturally pure tropical environment, using artisanal single-still pot batch distillation a special oak aging process, and carbon filtering. Taro (Colocasia esculenta) is a staple crop that grows abundantly in Samoa.
Ulu Flour is Samoa’s very own locally made breadfruit flour, produced and refined by SROS. Ulu Flour can be used for gravies, to thicken soups and for making batters to coat meat. It is also gluten free, and can replace up to 30% of wheat flour when used for baking.
